Delivery of Your Order
Postage and Handling Charges
Shipping charges are intended to cover overhead costs associated with
processing orders, handling, sending and shipping products to you. In some
cases, your shipping charges may exceed the cost of the products ordered.

Calculation of shipping charges is part of this sites "Checkout" process and
is displayed before your order is sent. The charges account for the shipping
destination as well as the mass of your order. Should the web site calculated
charges vary significantly from our actual costs we will contact you prior to
processing your payment and request adjustment.
Deliveries
- All our deliveries are sent using Australia Post regular parcel post,
"Registered Post" . We have chosen this method as we believe it to be the
most reliable method of delivery. By using Registered Post, all parcels
include $100.00 insurance from Australia Post. It also allows both Ying Fa
Western Australia and 'you' the purchaser the added benefit of a Registered Post
unique identification number for each article as well as the security of a
signature obtained on delivery. For further information please visit

note that Australia Post will not deliver Registered Post to a Post Office
Box as a signature is required for completion of the delivery confirmation.
- Dispatch
Your order will be processed and then the items ordered will be mailed to
you. Please allow ten (10) days after the placement of your order
before contacting us. If you do not receive your order at the expiration of
ten (10) days, please telephone us on 0407989082, and leave a message and
we will return your call and provide you with a registered post confirmation
number. This will enable you to track/locate your parcel through any
Australia Post branch. It is important that you check the accuracy of the
details you enter into the Delivery Details section during the checkout
process. Please note it is your responsibility to supply the correct
delivery details as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or
unsuccessful deliveries.
- Delivery Timeframes
As per Australia Post delivery guide, all deliveries (for all metropolitan
areas) should arrive within a maximum of 6 working days from the
date of dispatch. This time may vary depending on the area in which the
item is to be delivered. Please note that Ying Fa Western Australia will not be held
liable for any postage delays incurred by Australia Post. It is your
responsibility to advise us if the parcel has not been delivered. If an item
is lost or not delivered, Ying Fa Western Australia will investigate the matter with
Australia Post. Then, depending on the outcome of such investigation and at
the discretion of Ying Fa Western Australia, a replacement item will be sent.
Furthermore Ying Fa Western Australia will not warrant the cancellation of an order
as a result of delays with Australia Post.
Please note that Ying Fa Australia will not be held liable for any postage
delays as a result of Australia Post peak period delays. It will remain your
responsibility to ensure you take into account possible obvious delays with
Australia Post such as Christmas, New Year and Easter, whereby Australia
Post regular delivery guide (maximum 6 working days for Metropolitan areas)
may not apply. For further information about Christmas postal delivery times

Returns Policy
All items are checked thoroughly by Ying Fa Australia and Ying Fa Western
Australia Customer Service prior
to despatch, however should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not
what was ordered, then you must notify us within 24hours of receiving your
delivery, by contacting us at
sales@YingfaWA.com.au At our discretion we will gladly issue either an
exchange or refund depending on availability.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original packaging, or whose original
packaging has been altered.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing its
original tags.
- Used, worn, altered, personalised or laundered items.
- Sale and bargain items.
- Customised items.
- Goods returned without a Return Authority Number.
To return an item, please provide the following information within your
email:
- Your name and address
- Your full contact details, phone, fax and email
- Your invoice number and invoice date
- A description of the item you are returning as well as the reason for
the return.
Upon receipt of your email we will then contact you to advise details for the
return and will issue you with a Return Authority Number. Please note all
returns must be made within 7 days from issue of the Return Authority Number and
replacement or refund will not be provided until the items have been received
back to Ying Fa Western Australia. All items must be returned unused and in their
original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are packed
appropriately so as to avoid further damage upon return.

Return authorisation number should be placed on or near the address label.
New, unused merchandise returned with authorisation later than 21 days of our
original shipment are subject handling and restocking charge equivalent to 25%
of purchase costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The
restocking fee does not apply to defective items.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items. If an
item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email. Your credit card
will only be billed for items after they are shipped, therefore the out of stock
items will not appear on your invoice or bill. We are unable to accept back
orders at this stage.
